From the site straight onto the water
Pean-buiten Akkrum is situated by the water, right next to De Alde Feanen National Park. Sailing, canoeing, and stand-up paddleboarding start on the premises, and afterwards you walk back to your own bedroom. That saves a bus ride.
With which boats?
The same boats that are also rented out: sailing with a skipper in a Polyvalk, four students per boat, about 25 canoes, and workshops soups with many boards at the same time. Teachers or parents who can sail may skipper themselves.
At long tables, the whole group at once
If you opt for full board, a private chef will cook: healthy and local, using ingredients from local farmers. Allergies and dietary requirements are accommodated. At the long tables in The Jister The whole group eats at the same time.
