Pean-buiten Akkrum is situated on open waterways, directly adjacent to De Alde Feanen National Park, and within a food forest. Go stand-up paddleboarding, canoeing, sloop boating, or sailing with a skipper. Activities are available for 4 to 200 people.
Pean-buiten Weidum is located on the Swette, the canal on which the Elfstedentocht is driven. Boating in a sloop from the private harbor, cycling a section of the Elfstedenroute, or holding a meeting outdoors. A campfire is part of the experience. Activities for 4 to 50 people.
It Kathûs The third spot is heritage accommodation in an authentic farmhouse in a meadow bird area, together with nature organization It Fryske Gea. You can meet there, but not sleep.

Weidum is eight kilometers from Leeuwarden and fifteen from Sneek. From Heerenveen it is twenty-seven kilometers and from Drachten thirty-two.
