Pean realizes 12 water lodges in a special location in Friesland

A sailing school is being built on the corner between the Wijde Ee and the Graft Pean 12 new water lodges. These will be ready for rental to individuals and businesses in spring 2021. The water lodges will be rented under the new name "Pean-buiten''. Pean-buiten is spacious: large houses, on generous lots with plenty of privacy in a naturally vegetated environment.

Overview
The choice of water lodges on the site directly next to the sailing school is a long-cherished dream due to its beautiful location. After years of preparation and intensive consultation with the municipality, Pean Now start a long-desired project. For over fifty years, sailing school Pean sailing holidays. Pean buiten is a valuable addition to that. 'Holidays in our own country are becoming increasingly popular, we also notice that in Friesland. The combination of peace in nature and experiences on and by the water is popular. For who?
The lodges expand the range of accommodation options Pean Primarily for smaller groups. "We're thinking of families who want to sail or are looking for a waterfront vacation, company outing participants who want their own room, and people who don't want to be in a large, uniform holiday park but are looking for a unique cottage surrounded by nature," says Christophe Meijer.

Zeilschool Pean has decided to bring the rental of the new water lodges under its own name: “Pean-buiten''. This prevents confusion with the well-known sailing school camps, accommodation and boat rentals. Of course, guests of Pean-buiten make use of the possibilities that Pean offers boat rental or meal services.

Location and Region
Pean-buiten is spacious with lots averaging 350m²All lodges have an interior space of 70m² with a partly covered terrace. Due to the large plots and existing vegetation in the park, guests enjoy a real 'own' spot in nature.

Natasja van den Bos: “Each lodge has its own style, both inside and out. The sun shines in your room and the cows walk past the window. In the background you can see the sailing boats of the Wijde Ee. When you wake up with the sun just risen in your bedroom with a view over the Frisian meadows, you know you are really on holiday.”

 

Completion
This Pentecost the first cottage will be rented and in the summer of 2020 the second! The remaining 12 lodges will be ready in the spring of 2021.
