Team members sometimes work at one location and sometimes at both locations. You truly become part of the Pean-buiten Family. Everyone is given the space to be completely themselves and is empowered.
For example, Jannie from the cleaning team often works in the kitchen and office talent Sven helps out with jobs on the premises.
Furthermore, in close consultation with each other, we try to align the working days and times as closely as possible with your personal situation. Working cleaning during school hours, or working extra in the summer and backpacking for 6 weeks in the winter?

Where do you work then?
In the middle of nature, on Pean-buiten Akkrum at De Alde Feanen or on the estate of Pean-buiten Weidum. You hear birds, no traffic. Does this feel right? Then this is your place.
Handy retiree wanted
You don't like sitting still and you are handy. In the yard and in the garden of Pean-buiten Small jobs are waiting for you: a hinge, a plank, a scaffold that needs attention.
How many hours is that per day?
Usually between ten and three, and without rush. You decide which days you come in consultation. Coffee is ready, and the view over the water is included.
